Returns & Refunds Policy

At Baxton, we want you to shop with complete confidence.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover all return costs.

Conditions for Return Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Electrical items must be uninstalled and undamaged.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange free collection and send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged through misuse cannot be returned unless genuinely faulty.
